Greenville's favorite food and beverage festival is back! Hog & Barrel is a three-day festival for BBQ lovers and bourbon aficionados alike. Celebrate these southern staples and support our city's incredible culinary community. This year's festival will be held on October 24-26, 2025 at Events at Judson Mill, located at 701 Easley Bridge Road in Greenville, SC, just five minutes from downtown.

Get ready for an evening of bold flavors and refined pairings at Taste of the Barrel, our signature fall bourbon dinner. This year, we're thrilled to welcome Chef Dayna Lee of Comal 864—recently named one of USA TODAY’s Top 44 Places to Eat in America.
A 2023 James Beard semi-finalist and Food Network alum, Chef Lee is known for her vibrant, Mexican-American cuisine and her dedication to fresh, innovative flavors. For one night only, she’ll present a five-course dining experience inspired by the warmth and richness of the fall season.
Each course is paired with a signature bourbon cocktail, crafted by Tammy Johnson, CEO & Chief Mixologist of High Spirits Hospitality. Her expertly balanced creations feature premium spirits and house-made ingredients, perfectly matched to enhance every bite.
From the first pour to the final bite, Taste of the Barrel promises a night of indulgence, storytelling, and sensory delight—an experience that lingers long after the last toast. Don't miss this exclusive culinary event—a celebration of seasonality, craftsmanship, and southern hospitality.

Prepare your taste buds for an all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-responsibly-drink experience as some of Greenville’s best chefs and mixologists compete in the Chef Showdown and Bourbon Bartender Battle. You’ll sample mouthwatering BBQ dishes and expertly crafted bourbon cocktails—then vote for your favorites!
Live music will keep the energy high, and this year, we’re excited to introduce a Makers Market, where you can browse and buy unique goods from local artisans.
Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to celebrate all things bourbon, BBQ, and bacon—because October in the Upstate has never tasted this good.
The Bourbon Experience
Ticket holders for Bourbonpalooza can add on an hour-long tasting session featuring dozens of bourbons from makers all across the southeast. Tickets are $30 and include a souvenir tasting glass.
