Can purchase tickets at the door?
At this time, we do expect to sell out in advance, so don't plan on tickets being available at the door.
How old do you have to be attend?
All attendees, competitors, and staff will be 21 and older at this event. Even if you purchase a ticket, please be prepared to show your ID to enter. If you do not have your ID with you, you won't be able to get in!
How old do you have to be to attend?
All guests must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID to present at check-in. There are no children, toddlers, or infants allowed at the event.
How many drinks do I get? Is there a cash bar?
All ticket holders get their fair share of Lunazul tequila cocktails. We'll also have assorted beer and wine available. If tequila isn't your spirit of choice, consider purchasing a VIP ticket for access to a full bar of Heaven Hill spirits. Please drink responsibly and ride share if possible.
What kind of items are not allowed at the event?
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are NOT allowed in. We will have security on-site conducting bag searches when you arrive:
- Weapons of any kind, including knives, handguns or blunt objects.
- Any liquids, including flasks, coolers, mini bottles, etc.
- No signs, propaganda, collateral, flyers, etc. This includes no soliciting or political activity.
- No chairs, but blankets are allowed. We will have some seating available.
- No kiddos! Seriously, this event is 21 and up only, that includes no infants.
- No illegal or narcotic substances or paraphernalia.
- No smoking or vaping on-site.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, but due to large crowds, only service dogs are allowed on the event site.
I bought a ticket and now I can't come, can I get a refund?
Although we don't offer refunds, you are able to sell and transfer your tickets to someone else. Simply click the "Transfer" link at the top of this page and fill in the name and email address of the person you want to transfer the tickets to. DO NOT collect payment from them. They will get an email giving them 7 days to purchase the tickets. Once they do, you'll be refunded.
What if I have dietary restrictions? Are there vegetarian options?
Since we cannot put restrictions on the recipes created by our chefs, we can't guarantee specific dietary restrictions. Most of the chefs do have the capability of making a gluten-free or vegetarian dish upon request. We will allow those with dietary restrictions to bring their own food into the event if needed.
